I love to photograph couples who are madly in love with each other. Who have fun & enjoy life. Ashley & Jacob are a perfect example of just that.

Spring Snowfall
With 75 degrees not more than a week ago, we woke up this morning to this. Can you believe it? Well, when you live in New England snow is possible anytime. Hopeful sign through it all; Robins were bouncing around! Spring is on it's way!

Afternoon Hikes
A group of my friends decided that monthly we were going to take on a new park to hike. It's not only a great way to exercise; but we have a wonderful time hanging out together and of course, catching what we see on film(well digital).
Bella & Kris were walking down a path when Jacob pointed out he saw a chipmunk. This time of year everything is basically the color of brown, so to see this little fella you really had to focus. I didn't think he would stay still long enough for me to focus and capture this image. But it looks like we have a winner! Isn't he adorable?
My small Canon Powershot SX30 IS has loads of fun functions. As you see here above, the fish-eye function causes the fish-eye effect. Very fun to play with.
While everyone was climbing this gigantic boulder I stood from below and was able to capture this shot. The boulder had split in half and a tree limb was wedged between it. When your in nature, take a moment to look at the beauty around you in different angles. Crazy what you may see.
The Boys: had to run to the top and back down. Kris wanted to know if Jacob was the winner. They weren't racing, so they say.
Can't wait till we choose the next location for Aprils Hike! Keep your eyes open!

The Whitney's
Rob stopped me in church and asked if he could get his children's school portraits done - of course I said yes! Nick is graduating this year I can't believe it! Where does the time go?
Nick is an amazing musician. Mostly known for his excellent drumming abilities, yet barely known for the talent guitarist!
Thank you for allowing me to photograph you and your family Rob.

Happy birthday to me!
I celebrated my 40th birthday this year! No, I don't feel any older. I have a wonderful group of friends and family. They threw me a surprise birthday party and I was blessed beyond imagination. I was able to purchase lighting for my studio! I then spoke with Bridget (my favorite model) and she agreed to do a photoshoot so I could test them out. Isn't she beautiful!
March 18 ... one month later
Hello! So I know, I know, it's been a month already! And what a month. I am so looking forward to spring - we have had an incrediable winter! True New England cold!
I was dropping Joshua off at New England Tech for an exam and had about 45 minutes to kill. So I decided to put my phone to work. I pulled up the navigation system and looked for the nearest body of water. The amazing thing ... on the way to see this body of water the fog was eerie; breathtaking. It's cool to see the things Yahweh has for you when you stop to see them.
Of course, I can't pass up on taking a photo of my favorite baby! Isn't she adorable!? <3
