These are fireworks from back home...

350-acre roadside attraction with shops, restaurants, and some really odd concrete statues, including a collection of iconic Pedros, a cartoon mascot with a Mexican theme. Of course we were there just for the fireworks.

A real vacation

I have not had the chance to go on a real vacation in such a longtime. I was able to go to visit my friend John for a very short time on our way to Florida to visit my brother and his family. We stopped in Philadelphia where Dave, my brother-in-law, went to bible college. We had to be sure to have a philly cheese steak in philly.

Graduation

This is my baby boy, okay he isn't a baby any longer but a young man. He has become such a wonderful respectful young man. I am proud of him, what he has been through, what he has become and what he is yet to do. I pray your dreams come true and that  you will always seek Yahweh in all you do. I love you!
